Shipping
I Just Placed an Order. When Will It Be Shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

How Long Will It Take to Receive a Reply?
We aim to respond to customer inquiries within 1–3 hours during normal business hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for a response, especially during weekends, public holidays or periods of high inquiry volume.
I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately at service@kapvoesport.com.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged Items
Every order is carefully packed before shipment. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at service@kapvoesport.com and include the following information:

- Clear photos showing the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the damage

Love these new full shield, prescription lenses and frames! Fits very comfortable although the frame might be a little clunkier than some other brands. Lenses are amazing and for the cost, it’s just unbelievable! No other manufacturer makes full shield lenses like these or at least not for a reasonable price. Overall, dollar for dollar, you cannot go wrong with these shades!

Perfect fit and eye coverage is awesome. The tint isn’t too dark for a shady day. Support emailed me back after submitting my order asking for additional information to get the prescription just right. Give these glasses a try if you haven’t found the perfect prescription pair for mountain biking yet!
I like Polaroid lens more as it is not strong enough in light filtering under strong sunlight. Otherwise, all ok.
