How do I purchase prescription lenses?
You choose your appropriate lens configuration on this page, add your order to the shopping cart, add your prescription order information to the order notes in the shopping cart, or send your prescription order information to this email address (service@kapvoesport.com).
It will take 3-7 days for the prescription lenses to be customized and will be shipped to you upon completion.
Note:
- If your order includes ADD, please do not buy! ! !
- The myopic frame hanging in the glasses cannot support ADD orders.
- Package included: Myopia Frame and the Optical Lens
- When providing optometry data, please be sure to provide PD data for both the left and right eye.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

DAMAGE
My item arrived damaged We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 items are damaged due to improper mailing service.
