- We are only able to customize prescription lenses for monofocal (Myopic or Hyperopia) and are unable to customize bifocal or progressive prescription lenses.
- If you have add degrees on your optometry, consider removing it.
- When you provide your prescription information, please be sure to check that the pupil distance information is included.
