Great customer service. Product quality is outstanding. Highly recommend and will definitely buy my next pair again with Kapvoe.
Very good help when ordering, once order was placed handling and shipping was fast and traceable all the way to my delivery point. The glasses and frames are perfect and according to my prescription. Fitting these to the regular glasses is a less then a 1 minute thing and they fit the glasses perfectly and seems to hold great. For me, the myopia glasses are a little bit to close to my eyelashes (have the same problem with all glasses in fact) so not as ”perfect” as without the myopias and lenses as I also use from time to time. But very happy with my purchase, really good deal!
When ordering there was some confusion about the required breaking index of the glasses,, but that was perfectly solved by customer care. The glasses are ok. The insert does feel a bit wobbly in the frame, but while riding it stays in position perfectly. So 4 stars.
